Chad began his career at Morgan Stanley while still earning his BS in Finance, and worked as a mergers and acquisitions analyst his first two years out of college. Chad then spent the next ~15 years working in the start-up and technology space. As one of the first employees at Graphiq, an early AI-focused start-up, Chad led engineering and design teams for 6 years prior to the company being acquired by Amazon. Chad then spent the next 4 years at Amazon, working on new AI products and development of Alexa’s always evolving “Echo” product line. Most recently, Chad has been an early stage product leader at music-focused start-ups focused on ensuring independent musicians are properly compensated for the royalties earned from their music being streamed.
